The valued blog: why counting macros is important.
Why should I count my macros.
With research with in nutrition advancing at a rapid pace more question are being asked. To understand most of these new concepts you must first start with the basics. Expanding in this field to fast may only confuse the mind. So I would like to inform a basic concept that many people wonder about”why should I count my macros.”
First you must understand what a macronutrient is. (The definition of macronutrients) Macronutrients are broken down into 4 parts lipids/fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and alcohol. ( why is alcohol a macronutrient) These four parts make it possible for us human beings to survive. With out them we will not have the ability to move, think, or any other functions that our body does on a daily bases.
Lipids and fats are broken down into saturated fats, unsaturated fats including monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats (which have more double bonds), and trans fat which is mostly processed. (Learn more about fats/lipids and double ) Proteins are based on the 20 amino acids and 9 of them are essential where the body cannot create them with in.(A list of all amino acids). Making nutrition the only valid source to obtain those 9 amino acids. ( learn more about 9 essential amino acids). The last macronutrient’s that is on the list other than alcohol is carbohydrates which is divided into two carbohydrates simple and complex. (What is the difference of simple and complex carbohydrate).
Remember that these macronutrients are Vidal to our survival and we must balance them to optimize our health. This means to divide them properly so you can obtain your goals. Many people divide there macros with this equation; carbohydrates at 45%, proteins at 35%, and fats at 25%, which is a decent way to start. (Easy way to keep track of your macros) Although changes may be required for you to achieve and surpass your goals. There are three types of body compositions (list of the 3). When counting macros it is recommended to know which one you are out of the three so you can measure your macros accurately for progression. (How to find out which body composition I am). After you know what category you fall in, now it’s time for you to put it into action so you can accomplish your goals.

About the writer.
I started to be concern about exercise and nutrition over ten years ago. I wasn’t really familiar of all the benefits and all the common mistakes from the beginning. Although I believe that I am a expert now. (Life’s value learning about page/about me). If I can inform any one thing for people who are starting their journey I would inform that nutrition and rest is the most absolute way to feel good, look healthy, and to live long.
I learned the majority of my knowledge through (where I learned).
